Our service currently offers Free Express Post shipping of your Waist Trainers in Australia. Tracking advice from Australia Post is provided and will be sent the primary email made with your order.
We dispatch all orders every Monday and Thursday (business days and not public holidays).
Orders made before 9.00am AEST on Monday will be dispatched same day. Orders made after 9.00am AEST will be made on the following Thursday up to 9.00am AEST.
TRACKING YOUR ITEM – When your order is shipped, you will receive an automated tracking email from Australia Post to your email stated on the order. If you have not received your tracking details, please email email@example.com
We strongly recommend measuring your waist size and selecting your size based our measurement size guide (here) for our waist trainers. When in doubt of sizing, we recommend choosing the larger size up as our waist trainers have 3 hooks which will allow you to adjust size smaller.

Delivery of your return is at the customer’s expense.
We will re-deliver your exchange at no extra charge.

We accept exchanges if returned within 10 days of receiving your waist trainer if the item is unworn, unmarked and in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns on worn or marked items for hygienic reasons. If you have received a faulty item, a refund can be granted.
