We are a proud Australian company and we ship orders via Australia Post eParcel domestically.
Our service currently offers Free Express shipping of your Waist Trainers in Australia. Tracking advice from Australia Post provided and will be sent to the primary email made with your order.
We dispatch all orders twice weekly (Tuesday and Friday mornings).
Orders made before 5.00pm AEST on Monday or Thursdays will be dispatched the next morning.
Most exchanges are due to wrong size We recommend measuring your waist & selecting your size based on our size guide for our trainers. When in doubt, choose one size up as our waist trainers have 3 hooks which will allow you to adjust to a smaller fit.
We are happy to exchange your waist trainer as long as it is unworn, unmarked and can be sent back in the original plastic packaging (with barcode) within 10 days of receiving the item. Delivery to us is at your expense but we’ll send the new product at our expense.
We cannot accept returns on worn or marked items for hygienic reasons.
We take alot of pride in our products being high quality, so if you receive a product which you believe is faulty or you have received damaged, please contact us and supply a quick explanation and a photograph for us to exchange this for you.
This is also subject to our 10 day exchange policy.
