Exchanges & Returns

EXCHANGES

Most exchanges are due to wrong sizing. We recommend measuring your waist & selecting your size based on our size guide for our trainers. When in doubt, choose one size up as most of our waist trainers will allow you to adjust to a smaller fit.

We are happy to exchange your waist trainer as long as it is unworn, unmarked and can be sent back in the original plastic packaging (with barcode) within 30 days of receiving the item.

Delivery to us is at your expense but we’ll be happy to deliver your exchange to you at ours. We offer a return label at a cost of $14.95. However, if you prefer to ship with your own carrier please email us and let us know.

FAULTY ITEMS & GUARANTEE

We take a lot of pride in our products being  high quality, so if you receive a product which you believe is faulty or  you have received damaged, please contact us and supply a quick explanation of the fault and photograph/s for us to exchange this for you.

We guarantee all our items and will replace or refund your waist trainers should a fault occur. This will not include wear and tear and subject to whether the garment has been washed per instructions.
