We're proudly Australian owned and love getting your orders packed and on their way as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12.00pm Sydney time will be dispatched same business day. 

During sale events and peak periods, shipping may be delayed 1-2 business days.

📦 Important Shipping Update: October 2026

We're taking a short break from dispatching orders, but our online store will remain open for you to shop as usual.

Here's what you need to know:

• Last chance to order: Thursday 15 October, 11:59 pm AEDT.

• Final dispatch: Friday morning, 16 October.

• Dispatch break: Friday 16 October (after our final morning dispatch) to Sunday 25 October.

• Shipping resumes: Monday 26 October.

Orders placed before midnight Thursday will be dispatched Friday morning. Orders placed from Friday 16 October onwards will begin shipping from Monday 26 October, in the order they were received.

You can continue shopping throughout our break and enjoy our usual offers, including FREE standard shipping on orders over $120 to Australia and New Zealand.

We also ship to Singapore, with available shipping options and rates calculated at checkout.

Shipping to the USA is currently unavailable.

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

Our usual dispatch schedule applies outside the temporary October shipping break.

All orders are packed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays.

• Orders placed before 12 pm AEDT: In-stock orders are generally dispatched the same business day.

• Orders placed after 12 pm: Generally dispatched the following business day.

• Weekends and public holidays: Orders are processed on the next business day.

During major sales and peak shopping periods, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing and dispatch.

Please note that dispatch times refer to when your order leaves our warehouse, not when it will arrive.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

We use Australia Post eParcel for our deliveries, with estimated transit times shown at checkout where available.

Please note:

• Standard delivery times vary by location.

• Express shipping provides faster delivery after dispatch but does not guarantee same-day delivery.

• Delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays, major sales or carrier delays.

During our October shipping break, all orders placed from Friday 16 October will begin dispatching from Monday 26 October, regardless of the shipping method selected.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Please allow up to 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please double-check your delivery address and contact details before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@waisttrainersaustralia.com.au, including your order number.

We'll do our best to update your details before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
