SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are a proud Australian small business and we ship orders via Australia Post eParcel to Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Adelaide & across New Zealand.
We ship daily from our warehouse in Sydney. All in-stock orders are dispatched same day up to 12pm. All orders received after 12pm will be shipped next business day. Tracking advice from Australia Post provided and will be sent to the primary email made with your order. You will receive tracking details within 1-2 business days if your order is in stock.
We ship super quick.. please ensure your address details are correct on your order.
We dispatch all orders daily (Monday to Friday), excluding NSW public holidays.
We offer free shipping to Australia & New Zealand on orders over $150.
EXCHANGES
Most exchanges are due to wrong sizing. We recommend measuring your waist & selecting your size based on our size guide for our trainers. When in doubt, choose one size up as our waist trainers have 3 hooks which will allow you to adjust to a smaller fit.
We are happy to exchange your waist trainer as long as it is unworn, unmarked and can be sent back in the original plastic packaging (with barcode) within 7 days of receiving the item. Delivery to us is at your expense but we’ll be happy to deliver your exchange to you at ours.
NOTE: We cannot accept returns on shapewear items due to hygiene reasons.

RETURNS FAULTY ITEMS & GUARANTEE
We take a lot of pride in our products being  high quality, so if you receive a product which you believe is faulty or  you have received damaged, please contact us and supply a quick explanation of the fault and photograph/s for us to exchange this for you.
We guarantee all our items and will replace or refund your waist trainers should a fault occur. This will not include wear and tear and subject to whether the garment has been washed per instructions.
