It’s very comfortable to wear

It’s very comfortable to wear and I was surprised by it due to my previous experience with other compressions. I’m wearing it on a daily basis between 4-6 hours depending on the activities. Wrap enforces it and the quality of the compression is very good and is well made.

One and Only

I have used this waist trainer before, many years ago. It fits so well, gives your core a good sweat when wearing it during exercise, has helped me with my posture when I'm sitting at my desk. I lost inches off my waist! It truly is the best waist trainer I have ever worn. I stopped using it for a few years when I had reached my goals. Fast forward to now and I have purchased another one with the aim to get back to that bod I had 9 years ago.

Postpartum Belly

I recently gave birth to my beautiful daughter. I had a natural birth so thought at the time I did not need a belly band. Fast track a few months later and I had saggy belly skin/diastasis recti. The zip & wrap has given me so much support in my back and core. I have noticeably seen a change in my belly since using the compression trainer a few hours a day alongside my fitness journey. I highly recommend this product to any new mums! We are all not able to 'bounce back' like some, but this product certainly helps you get to where you want to be.

Great design!

I used to wear a different brand waist trainer few years back and could always feel it squash my lungs no matter what size I got. Definitely worth the buy
